Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement is obtained. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

To report illegal content on this platform (Article 16 DSA), please write to this address and include: why you consider the content illegal; where exactly it is (for example the address of the page or the player ID); your name and e-mail address; and a statement that your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You will receive a confirmation and our decision.

The respective provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content.
