Gladbach Uprising
A brutal real-time strategy game: the desperate Gladbach Resistance against the Crooked Cops of a privatised police force. Mass battles, bridges, high ground – and blood on the streets.
The Kepler Reach is a web of star systems joined by wormholes – and something alive is crawling out of the deep lanes. Command the Concord Navy or the Vyrr Brood in real-time battles that span the whole sector.
Fabricators build platforms in the orbit slots of planets: refineries, habitats, shipyards, research labs, repair docks, sensor arrays and defense batteries. Harvesters mine ore and gas from planets, asteroid fields and nebulae, habitats recruit crew, and every ship costs command points. Every shot uses supply – keep your fleet near a supply platform or bring Supply Tenders along. Seal wormholes with Gate Locks, board weakened enemy platforms with Troop Carriers (and build the enemy's ships in captured shipyards), and put an admiral's flagship at the heart of your fleet.
Two factions with their own ships, platforms and special abilities, a six-mission campaign with briefings and story, and a skirmish mode with six sector maps for up to four commanders against adaptive computer opponents on three difficulty levels. Your campaign progress and saved games are stored in the cloud when you are logged in.
Controls: left click / drag select, right click orders, Ctrl + right click attack-move, B build, A/M/S/H/F orders, Q/W/E abilities, Tab sector map, Ctrl+1–9 groups, arrow keys / screen edge camera, mouse wheel zoom, F5/F9 quick save/load, Esc menu. Needs WebGL, keyboard and mouse.
