Gladbach Uprising
A brutal real-time strategy game: the desperate Gladbach Resistance against the Crooked Cops of a privatised police force. Mass battles, bridges, high ground – and blood on the streets.
Three hundred years the Hegemony has ruled the stars from the Void Throne. Now the rim worlds have risen.
Galactic Conquest: a generated spiral galaxy of 14 to 30 worlds linked by hyperlanes. Take planets, collect their income, build space stations, shipyards, barracks and factories, research new technology (Hegemony) or steal it through salvage and espionage (Accord), and move your fleets and armies along the lanes - in real time with pause.
Every clash becomes a real-time battle you can command yourself or auto-resolve. In orbit, capital ships with destroyable hardpoints (shield generators, engines, gun batteries, hangars, tractor projectors), fighter and bomber squadrons, corvettes and frigates fight around space stations, asteroid fields and ion storms. On the ground, infantry, tanks, walkers, gunships and artillery fight over reinforcement beacons and the enemy base - with orbital bombardment from your fleet above.
Two asymmetric factions with more than 40 units, 8 heroes with battle and galaxy abilities, the independent Corsair clans, four AI difficulties, and a clear counter system: fighters beat bombers, bombers beat capital ships, corvettes beat fighters, frigates beat corvettes, capital ships beat frigates.
Skirmish mode for single battles and a database with every unit. All graphics and sounds are generated in the browser. Campaigns are saved in the browser and, when you are logged in, in your account.
